Donation Request Form

Thank you for your interest in including Nickel City Alchemy in your plans to support your cause. Due to the large number of requests, the following guidelines have been established.

• All submissions must be submitted using the Donation Request Form.
• All requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the event.
• The form must be completely filled out and include your events details.
• If we are able to donate to your cause, you will be notified two weeks before your event.
• Please know, while we do our best to support and respond to all requests, submitting a request does not guarantee a donation.
